Are you someone who has a daily, weekly or monthly reflection practise?
Do you celebrate your wins, no matter how small?
Do you give yourself compassion and take the pressure off of yourself when it’s needed?
Are you someone that speaks to yourself with kindness, as you would someone you care for?
Are you patient with yourself when you are going through challenging times?
Do you set boundaries when you are being shown unacceptable behaviour from others?
Are you honest with yourself when you need to make changes in your life?
Do you take responsibility for your actions? No matter how hard it is?
Do you have a regular Gratitude practise?
Is Self Care a priority for you?
If you answered yes to more than three of these that is fabulous, you have some good practises in place already, and I can imagine you’ll implement new ones when you are ready.
If it was less than three then this is a simple invitation to look at any of the questions above, and to get curious about how you can create positive change. To start to honour yourself more.
Is it time you started to look at what you need to do to bring more balance in to your life. To bring more about the BEING rather than constantly DOING for example. Take small achievable steps, allow your nervous system to feel safe with each new step you take, and own the identity of someone who can create positive change for yourself.
And remember to BE, it’s not always all about the DOING 💛
